Carrie brings eight years of customer service and business development experience from the janitorial and real estate industries to her current role as Business Development Manager at Trident Security. She is extremely passionate and dedicated to the process of establishing, maintaining and improving business relationships. She demonstrates excellent follow-up skills and customer correspondence that has been recognized by both existing and prospective clients. Carrie offers a comprehensive portfolio of professional experience to the Trident team. She holds a current Arizona Real Estate License and is actively involved in professional organizations including NAIOP, BOMA, IFMA, AAED, CAI, and AACM.

Fred Henss

Fred Henss – Sr. Account Manager / Field Training Officer

Fred joined Trident in 2004 as a security officer and quickly moved through the ranks. He served as Operations Manager at Phoenix Children's Hospital before being promoted into the Trident corporate office as Sr. Account Manager. Fred has been an integral part in the development of Trident's Officer and Corporate Training Programs and DPS Compliance. Additionally, he offers his commitment to organizations such as ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security). A veteran of the US Navy, Fred served as a submarine designated Hospital Corpsman.

Justin Valdengo

Having previously served as an in-house security manager for a very large company, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of customer and employee relations, project management, access control, and video data management. Serving with Trident Security since 2007, Justin's dedication to upholding Trident's superior customer service values has lead him to be very successful as an Account Manager. Professional affiliations include the ASIS and IFMA.

Jaydee Van Ahn

Jaydee offers a comprehensive skill set in customer service and management at Trident. As the gated community portfolio manager, he truly knows what it takes to maintain superior levels of homeowner satisfaction at Arizona's most prestigious communities. Using his prior experience in the vehicle industry, Jaydee also manages the purchases and maintenance of Trident's growing fleet of patrol vehicles. With a commitment to provide the best service and quickest response, Jaydee looks forward to a growing future with Trident.
